Valentines Day Coffee

 Cupids Raspberry & White Chocolate Cappuccino 

Here is a simple yet effective recipe for valentines day, combining stunning flavours in to one cup, enjoy this warm or cold, while you are out and about or enjoying some time at home, share it with someone special, and let the flavours do the talking
 

  • 1 pump Sweetbird Raspberry syrup

  • 1 pump Sweetbird White Chocolate syrup

  • Beans and Machines Extra Smooth Espresso

  • Steamed milk

  • Combine espresso and syrup.

  • Top with foamed milk.

Winter Snow

Hazelnut Hot Chocolate

Our glorious thick hot chocolate recipe is a simple but yummy delight! In the colder months, this is always a home comfort.
 

  1. Scoop of Zuma dark hot chocolate - add a splash of boiling water

  2. ​Add 2 pumps of Hazelnut syrup - give this a good stir until it turns to a smooth thick paste 

  3. Add Steamed milk stirring as your pour 

  4. Add marshmallows and grated chocolate on top for that extra alluring look

Simple yet delicious - which is how we like most things, this combination works so well together.
This seasonal flavour adds a smooth velvety sweetness, the pecan adding a roasted nutty hint.
Add: 
Double shot of espresso in a mug
double shot of maple & pecan syrup  
add your hot water while stirring.. and voilà!

Mince Pie Latte  

Christmas... Cosy nights by the fire, wrapping yourself in the softest blanket, putting on your favourite Christmas movie... we have the perfect warm comforting drink to accompany you, while you sit, relax and unwind.
If you love a mince pie at Christmas then you will love this, the flavourings behind this are - Cinnamon/ fruity orange/apple all combined in to one. 


Add
1 Pump of mince pie syrup

2 shots of Beans and Machines coffee
Topped with steamed milk
Decorate to your preference

Gingerbread Cookies

Gingerbread Mocha

Christmas for us means Gingerbread – a delightful recipe that adds a festive touch to any menu.
 

  • ​ Add 2 pumps of Sweetbird Gingerbread Syrup, one scoop   of Zuma hot chocolate 

  • Add a single espresso in to a mug

  • Keep stirring until it forms a thick smooth paste 

  • Add your steamed milk


 Decorate with whipped cream and festive christmas sprinkles 

Biscoff Frappe

Now this really is a naughty treat for you to defiantly enjoy!
If you are a lover of biscoff then this cold treat will really satisfy your cravings
easy to make and will catch the eyes of many!
 
Add 150ml milk 
1 shot of Espresso (we find the velvet blend works perfectly)
1 TBSP biscoff Spread 
1 pump of Sweetbird caramelized biscuit syrup  
2 crushed specaloos biscuits 
add all this in to a bender
Add ice cubes into a glass 

Pour over ice
Garnish with whip cream on top with crushed biscuit and biscoff sauce.

Salted Caramel White Hot Chocolate

If you have a very sweet tooth, then this hot, delicious warm comfort is for you :- 

Add 1 scoop of Zuma white hot chocolate and
2 pumps of Salted caramel syrup into a cup/mug


Top with steamed milk, keep stirring as your pour

 

Decorate with whipped cream and caramel syrup and possibly a dusting of crushed biscuit.

Milkshakes

Honeycomb Chocolate Milkshake

Fill glass with ice (to 1cm below the top)
Pour milk over ice

Add a couple scoops of vanilla ice-cream (or chocolate for an extra kick)

Pour contents of glass into blender jug
Add 2 pumps of Honeycomb syrup and 1/2 scoop Sweetbird frappé mix
Put the lid on tightly then blend until smooth 
​Decorate with cream and sauce and enjoy!

Popcorn Hot Chocolate 

Elevate your classic hot chocolate with the rich flavour sweet, buttery popcorn. This delightful twist brings the cosy vibe of a movie to every sip!
Very simple to make, here is our simple recipe.


Scoop of Zuma dark hot chocolate - add a splash of boiling water

​Add 2 pumps of Popcorn syrup - give this a good stir until it turns to a smooth thick paste 

Add Steamed milk stirring as your pour
Decorate with popcorn, cream, sauce or see how  creative your imagination will take you.

peach iced tea, spring recipes, how to make peached iced tea

Peached Iced Tea 


This is a perfect refreshing one if you fancy a quick cool down and you love your iced tea

 Add 3 pumps of Sweetbird Peach iced tea syrup to a glass
 

Fill the glass ¾ with water or some sparking water if you fancy some fizz
 

Give it a stir and add some iced cubes

Hot CrossBun Latte

​

Warm up this Easter with a cosy Hot Cross Bun coffee, this spiced drink is rich in flavours, and smells delicious!
Perfect way to celebrate the easter break.
Add 2 pumps of sweetbird cinnamon bun syrup
1 pump of orange syrup
2 shots Beans and Machines coffee ( we recommend Continental
top up the rest of the glass with steamed milk.

Nojito
(Mojito)

Picture yourself basking in the sun with a refreshing-cold drink by your side... we have the ideal choice to help you pamper yourself!

Fill a glass of ice fill 3/4 of the way
Add 3 pumps of Sweetbird mojito
Add 25ml lime juice
Top up with soda water
Garnish with lime, lemon and mint

                      Butter Pecan Latté
 

  • 1 pump Sweetbird Butterscotch syrup

  • 1/2 pump Sweetbird Hazelnut syrup

  • 1/2 pump Sweetbird Almond syrup

  • Double espresso

  • Steamed milk

  • Combine espresso and syrup.

  • Top with steamed milk.

White mocha frappe

Try this fantastic summertime drink that quenches your thirst and satisfies sweet cravings. A top choice if you want to try something new, and exciting!

What you need:

x2 Pumps white chocolate syrup 
Milk
Ice

Coffee 1 shot ( we recommend our extra smooth blend) 
Vanilla frappe base
Cream for decoration 


(Add an extra twist - 2 pumps hazelnut syrup)

Matcha Iced Latte


Add 1 teaspoon of matcha powder (Zuma matcha) in to a separate glass, a sift will help with the lumps, add a few tablespoons of hot water - whisk until fully dissolved (paste like consistency)    
Add plenty of ice & steamed milk (soya, oat, almond, coconut, whole) in to a separate glass
Add a shot of Beans and Machines coffee 
Add in your matcha 
Add in 2 pumps of vanilla syrup (works very well!)
We love this drink so MATCHA

Coconut Trees


Fill glass with ice then add in espresso ( we would suggest our velvet blend) 

and 2 pumps of hazelnut syrup
1 pump coconut syrup

Top with coconut milk then pour into blender

Shake vigorously until well mixed.

Add fresh ice cubes to glass then strain the shaken coconut/hazelnut coffee over ice.

Strawberries & Cream

When the sun comes out, personally i can't think of anything better than a refreshing taste of strawberries and cream, so why not make it in to a drink and delight those taste buds!
 

Half fill your chosen glass with ice


pour around 30ml milk over ice (to 1cm below the top)

 

Top with more ice if you need too

pour contents of glass into blender jug
 

Add 1/2 scoop of vanilla frappé powder


put the lid on tightly, blend until smooth

 

Decorate with whip cream & Enjoy!

  • Add 2 pumps of sweetbird pumpkin spice in to a latte glass 

  • Add in your steamed milk 3/4 of the way

  • Add 1 shot of espresso - for this we recommend the Fair Trade Organic Honduras 

  • Top with whip cream, dust on some cinnamon
