About Us
The business was founded by Rob Norman, a veteran of the coffee industry with over 30 years’ experience in coffee machine engineering and servicing. Currently Rob is assisted on the technical side by Kiefer Lambourne and the office and admin are managed by Caroline Holbrook.
Although Beans and Machines has grown strongly over the past ten years, we have striven to maintain our standards of top-quality customer service and providing our customers with the best possible products.
