The business was founded by Rob Norman, a veteran of the coffee industry with over 30 years’ experience in coffee machine engineering and servicing. Currently, Rob is assisted on the technical side by Kiefer Lambourne & Josh James. The office and admin are managed by Caroline Holbrook & Aimee Simmonds
